Overload sensors

Helps eliminate product fallback and dust buildup inside tight floor footprints.

AeroDry multi-stage continuous dryerDrying systems

AeroDry multi-stage continuous dryer

Re-circulating heated air across independent temperature zones reduces moisture to precise post-harvest targets — gently, stage by stage, with a built-in cooling zone.

Capacity
2,000–6,000 lbs/hr
Panels
Fully insulated SS304
Heat source
Gas-fired or steam
Bed control
Dynamic depth regulation

Progressive low-heat staging is designed to prevent internal scorching and structural splits.

ThermaRoast continuous roasting lineRoasting systems

ThermaRoast continuous roasting line

High-capacity forced-convective roasting with a fully integrated ambient-air cooling stage — consistent color, depth and flavor across every kernel variety.

FAQ

Common
questions.

Have another question? Contact our team

Can you test with our actual product?

Yes — send product samples and we'll run them on reference equipment, then share yield, moisture and appearance results before you commit to a configuration.

Do you supply single machines, or only full lines?

Both. Many projects start with one cracker, dryer or elevator that must integrate with existing equipment — we design around what you already run.

Who handles installation and commissioning?

ACE coordinates rigging, mechanical and electrical installation, then our field supervisors run dry and wet commissioning with your operators on site.

What about spare parts lead times?

Critical wear parts — bearings, mandrels, belts, HMI units — are stocked in our North American warehouse and typically ship same or next business day.

Which regions do you serve?

The United States, Canada and Mexico today, with Central and South American projects considered case by case. Remote PLC diagnostics are available anywhere.

How fast can we get a budget number?

Send product, target capacity and facility details — our St. Louis engineering office returns a preliminary proposal within one business day.
